My life path has been diverse and rewarding and continues to be so. It’s taken me to many countries, introduced me to unusual and notable people and along the way thrown in some conflicts. In other words, extensive fodder for fiction.
As I work on draft three of my manuscript, I now know, having great material and ideas does not a novel make. It takes a lot of learning, a heavy dose of discipline, some trial and error and more learning. And, it requires staying in a “writing frame of mind.”
